r4447 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the r4447 website and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports and cricket betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, and all promotional or bonus offers made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r4447 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

• r4447 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.

r4447 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. r4447 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank). r4447 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. r4447 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during operational hours, but processing times may vary.
• All funds deposited into your r4447 account must be used for genuine gaming activity. r4447 reserves the right to review accounts where deposits are made without corresponding gaming activity, which may indicate money laundering or payment processing abuse.
• r4447 does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals on its side. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own fees according to their standard terms of service. r4447 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if outstanding KYC documentation has not been provided. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r4447 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the Services.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not sanctioned by r4447.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game information in live dealer games, or coordinate bets to exploit promotions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised third-party payment methods, or chargeback fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or glitches in games or the platform to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error must be reported to r4447 and will not be honoured.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including operating a betting agency, syndicate, or re-selling access to the platform to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the r4447 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of r4447 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to the Content beyond the limited right to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes as described herein.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Content without the prior written consent of r4447. Unauthorised use of the Content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
